Hi there and welcome to my blog! My name is Bree and I've always loved to cook, a little too much perhaps. I started this blog because I know that I need to loose weight, but I also want to keep making amazing food. I got the name Three and a Half Stones to Go because that is how much weight I need to loose to get back into my healthy weight range. I post recipes, workouts, and sometimes just what I'm thinking. I have also learned some things about my health that I try to share so that others can learn.
